Angels Start Chapter in St. Louis
A RETURN TO ST. LOUIS
Let me take you back 20 years where the nations worst housing project was blown off the face of the earth. And for eight years the Guardian Angels patrolled it without any help from the police or elected officials. Now, we are returning with a problem that resided in the high rise projects and now displaced into the surrounding neighborhood. Now we have the support of the police and officials with the goal of establishing a local Guardian Angels chapter presence.
